What does FareeWay cost?
It depends on how many vehicles and drivers you run, and how much help you want getting set up. Book a demo, tell us the shape of your operation, and you will get a number.
Do my drivers have to download something?
Yes — FareeWay Driver, free on the App Store. They sign in, flip themselves on duty, and their runs appear. There is no charge per driver.
Is there an Android app?
The driver app is iOS only today.
Does tracking really keep working when the driver's phone is locked?
Yes, and that is the part most dispatch tools get wrong. FareeWay keeps reporting location with the screen off and the phone in the driver's pocket, so the dot on your board and the dot on your client's tracking link are both current.
Can my client track their own car?
You send them a link. They open it in a browser and watch the car approach with a live ETA. No app, no account, nothing to install.
Do I need to install anything in the office?
No. The dispatcher dashboard runs in a browser at app.fareeway.com.
Can I run it under my own brand?
