Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FareeWay Driver mobile application ("the App"), developed by JeissonLabs and licensed to transportation operators ("the Operator"). "We," "us," or "our" refers to JeissonLabs as the App developer. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended solely for use by professional drivers who are employed by or contracted with a transportation operator that has licensed the App. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a motor vehicle to use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — managing and completing transportation trips dispatched by the operator. You agree not to:

  • Use the App while driving in an unsafe manner
  • Share your account credentials or device access with unauthorized individuals
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

3. SMS Notifications to Passengers

The App sends automated SMS messages to passengers on behalf of the Operator via Twilio. These messages are trip-related and transactional in nature. Passengers who wish to opt out of SMS notifications may reply STOP to any message. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients.

4. Location Services

The App requires access to your device's GPS location while you are on duty. This data is used solely to calculate ETAs and communicate your status to the dispatcher. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though this may limit App functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of JeissonLabs. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JeissonLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or missed trips.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or are no longer affiliated with a licensed Operator.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
